Terms of Service
By accessing or using our Site, booking a consultation, or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Site or services.
1. Scope of Services & Educational Content
- General Information: All materials, tools, articles, and general content provided on this Site are for informational and educational purposes only.
- No Professional Relationship via Site Usage: Merely accessing the Site, reading content, or submitting a contact form does not create an Enrolled Agent (EA), fiduciary, or professional tax advisor relationship between you and NTG Tax Strategies.
- Engaging Services: Formal engagement for tax strategy, assessments (such as the CARE Method Assessment), or annual advisory services requires entering into a separate, written Engagement Agreement signed by both parties.
2. Eligibility & Client Qualifications
- You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into legally binding contracts under applicable law to use this Site or engage our services.
- Our strategic tax advisory and assessment services are tailored primarily for business owners, real estate investors, and high-net-worth individuals, typically carrying $50,000 or more in annual tax liability. We reserve the right to decline consultations or service engagements at our sole discretion.
3. Consultations & Fees
- Initial Consultations: We may offer complimentary brief consultations (e.g., 15-minute introductory calls) to evaluate mutual fit.
- Paid Assessments & Advisory Programs: Fees for comprehensive tax assessments, strategy roadmaps, or 12-month annual execution programs will be clearly specified prior to purchase or defined in your formal Engagement Agreement.
- Payment Terms: Fees paid for completed assessments or advisory retainers are subject to the refund and cancellation policies outlined in your specific client agreement.
4. Intellectual Property Rights
- All content on this Site—including text, graphics, logos, images, methodologies (including the proprietary CARE Method framework), designs, audio/video media, and software—is the property of NTG Tax Strategies or its content suppliers and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
- You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and view the Site content solely for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not modify, reproduce, distribute, create derivative works from, or publicly display any Site content without our prior written consent.
5. Prohibited Uses
When using our Site, you agree not to:
- Violate any applicable federal, state, local, or international laws or regulations.
- Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely state or misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity.
- Transmit any malicious code, viruses, spyware, or harmful computer code.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties
- “As-Is” Basis: The Site and its contents are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
- Tax Outcomes: Tax laws and regulations are dynamic and subject to varying interpretations by state and federal taxing authorities (including the IRS). While NTG Tax Strategies utilizes professional expertise (including IRS Enrolled Agent standards), no specific tax savings, deductions, or financial outcomes are guaranteed through general website content or prior case results.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall NTG Tax Strategies, its officers, directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages (including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities) arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, this Site or reliance on any information contained herein.
8. Third-Party Links & Endorsements
Our Site may contain links to third-party websites or services (e.g., Ramsey Trusted ELP networks, scheduling integrations, or client portals) that are not owned or controlled by NTG Tax Strategies. We assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites. Accessing third-party links is done entirely at your own risk.
9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona (and/or State of New Mexico, as applicable to the primary operating jurisdiction), without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located within that jurisdiction.
10. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last Updated” date. Your continued use of the Site following the posting of modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
